How We Show Love
January 1, 2022.
The morning after a small but rockin' NYE party, Saoirse checks in with Orlaith in what she hopes will be a nice talk over hot cocoa, but it's clear something is bothering her old friend. Waltzing around the real issue isn't going to help here.
How We Show Love is a short visual novel under 3k words that was developed for Winter Jam 2021, but was submitted afterwards due to unforeseen illness.
Includes Full VA for dialogue and 2 endings.
Content Warnings: This game discusses mature themes involving COVID-19, politics, strong romantic feelings, and a passing mention of suicidal ideation. No explicit imagery is included.

I loved this so much!! This was such a heartfelt game, and the dialogue was so well put-together. I’d love to see Saoirse and Orlaith again (maybe in future games?) :>
broo i played like 3 minutes or some did something??
Great stuff, really well done. I especially liked Orlaith's plushie :D
I recognized the aroace flag right away and got really happy.
Thank you for this!
I love how real this game felt. It touches upon a lot of relatable things, don't let it's length fool you! I think this VN is a nice bite size experience worth playing now more than ever.
